The migration authority of the Republic of Panama needed to modernize its image to reflect the modernization process of its infrastructure and platform. For this, it required to maintain the color scheme with which they had worked to facilitate the graphic transition, but have at the same time a more iconic and modern image, minimalist but functional. The security stripes present in both land roads, as well as airports and port areas, were used as inspiration, opting for a style related to the signage of these environments. The M was formed with diagonal stripes to give relation to these stripes, but with rounded endings to give a more dynamic and modern appearance.

La autoridad migratoria de la República de Panamá necesitaba modernizar su imagen para reflejar el proceso de modernización de su infraestructura y plataforma. Para ello, requería mantener el esquema de color con el que habían trabajado para facilitar la transición gráfica, pero tener al mismo tiempo una imagen más icónica y moderna, minimalista pero funcional. Se usó como inspiración el rayado de seguridad presente tanto en vías terrestres, como en aeropuertos y zonas portuarias, optando por un estilo relacionado con la señalética de estos entornos. La M se conformó con franjas diagonales para dar relación con estos rayados, pero con terminaciones redondeadas para dar un aspecto más dinámico y moderno.
